AS Transport
For AS Transport — a transport company with 15 drivers and 18 vehicles — we built the complete digital presence: a website, professional email and a custom time-tracking app that turned mileage reporting from a messy stream of WhatsApp messages into an automatic process.
astransport.proBefore, each driver reported their mileage at the end of the day in a WhatsApp group. Someone at the office gathered the messages manually and transcribed them — about 40 minutes a day, roughly 14 hours a month. The process was slow, easy to get wrong and had no central record.
Now drivers log their mileage straight into the app, from their phone. Totals are calculated automatically, and the office checks everything in a few minutes a month. The same data, with no manual transcription and no copy errors.
